Directors

Pascale et Philippe CROUY have founded P2C Conseil in june 2003. In July 2004, they acquired GO Effective Skills EUROPE, a belgian company distributing GO SYSTEM International  training courses to European consultants working in Europe more specifically en France.

GO Effective Skills EUROPE SA, became ARTHUSA EFFECTIVE SKILLS in 2010. It is still distributing GO training courses and enlarges the offer for managers and employees: the AES offer.

Pascale and Philippe CROUY manage both the GO System Consultants network and the ARTHUSA partners. P2C became ARTHUSA in 2010.  The network of ARTHUSA Partners proposes his offer to Senior managers and Excutive committees.

Pascale CROUY, HECJF graduate, had a long career at BULL where she worked as technical and sales agent, then as manager.

Philippe CROUY, SUPELEC graduate, started his career in information technologies, notably at the "Banque de France". He became major at the " Centre d'Etudes Supérieures de Banque" in 1982 and joined Crédit Lyonnais. He held different jobs in equity financing,  in private and professionnal network. He had important managerial responibilities until 2002.
